Yoga is a fantastic way of improving your health, wellbeing and reducing stress. Step away from your desk for 45 minutes and get your body stretching! No booking needed – just turn up! All levels welcome.

📍 2nd floor Marshalls Mill- Turn left out the lifts and its down the long corridor
