Christmas gift collection

This Christmas we are continuing our support for Leeds Women’s Aid, the local children’s and women’s refuge, with a gift collection.

We are inviting you, the tenants in and around Marshall’s Mill, to help us by donating a gift this year that would be used as part of the women’s and children’s Christmas stockings.

When women arrive at the refuge they usually have very little in the way of possessions and are effectively homeless and these gifts are much appreciated.

The charity has suggested the following donations which they would prefer to receive unwrapped or in gift bags:
– toys for children aged 0-5 years
– luxury edibles for the women such as Christmas cakes and chocolates – but nothing with alcohol please.

If you would like to donate, please leave your gifts with Lisa at reception by 3pm on Thursday the 15^th of December as a representative of Leeds Women’s Aid is coming to collect them that afternoon.
